News is that NASCAR will be changing th location of the car # for 2022. That prompted me to ponder something I have thought for years. I think the driver’s name on all Modifieds should be displayed in a more visible/prominent area. This is especially important at the beginning of the year since it takes time to associate all the numbers again after months of no racing. Case in point, the #129 has been driven by Jeff Strunk for years. It is now driven by Dominic Buffalino. Also it would help those new to the sport.
